- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 17598748, 2 months agoIt stopped working for a while, and wouldn't be able to define the most common words (or could define them once and then stop working after). Fixed itself when I reinstalled the extension. Great add-on otherwise.
- Rated 4 out of 5by GamOurs, 3 months agoTrès bonne extension, assez rapide en plus.
Deux petits bémols : on ne peut pas prendre plusieurs mots à la fois, ce qui empêche d'obtenir la définition d'expressions par exemple, et il y a un léger problème de compatibilité pour les mots ressemblant trop à l'anglais.
Pour pallier à ce second problème, il serait judicieux de mettre le mot tout seul dans la recherche, sans "define" devant. (Pour ceux qui ne savent pas, l'extension lance une recherche Google au moment du double-click, "define [mot sélectionné]".) - Rated 4 out of 5by Rodrigo, 3 months agoit doesn't have a large dictionary, and that's the only complain.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Aleksander Drako, 4 months agoI do love this addon, though I wish it had more options, like to check something I wrote myself it it means the same I think or even make it show it's own search bar on addon icon click as I believe it is more convenient then getting new tab and googling it.
Still, can't recommend it enough - Rated 4 out of 5by rpowell47, 4 months ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14181363, 7 months agoIt was just updated this morning, maybe there's a new bug, but it did not work until I added a trigger key.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Evgeny, 7 months agoIt would be perfect if there was an option to add a phonetic transcription (because there are occasions when you can't listen) and UK pronounce
- Rated 4 out of 5by hehe, 9 months agoextension works great, any failings literally impossible to fix (doesn't work on pdf.) only bug i've encountered is the popup doesn't go away if you use it on tumblr/post/new. otherwise perfect.

- Rated 4 out of 5by lamewater772, a year agoA very good one, with the exception of a few disadvantages like limited vocabulary
- Rated 4 out of 5by Tarantula, a year agoif you could just please add some custom searches to it, and also please more than one language at the time (see definer ext) , this would be perfect, definer is good but its HUGE for almost same thing, I love tiny extensions that are actually useful like this one. please also add ability to disable bubble on some sites or make it smaller or appear on a fixed location (like following mouse cursor so you can take the bubble out of the way of the text you are reading) use some other way to show result.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Rudolf_Snail, 2 years agoWorks very well. Sadly it doesn't work in instance where Google can't find the definition in its dictionary.

- Rated 4 out of 5by spacemanspiff, 3 years agoGreat, simpledictionary (though would really love more languages added, like Arabic). Besides the language limitations, my only quibble is one that has been mentioned: popups shouldn't occur in edit fields. Double clicking on a word to retype it brings up the popup and obscures the text.

- Rated 4 out of 5by inyourhead, 3 years agoIt used to be perfect, one day the dictionary stopped working and says no definition found.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15145534, 3 years agoI would like to be able to set the engine to duckduckgo (&/or others) instead of google
